ISLAMABAD: In a definitive statement during the passing out parade at the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Academy in Risalpur, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir emphasized the military’s strict adherence to its constitutional limits and expectations for the same from other entities.

General Munir noted that Article 19 of the Constitution precisely outlines the limits within which freedoms of speech and expression must operate. “Ignoring the Constitution’s explicit limits leaves no room for critique of others,” he asserted during his address.
The General charged the young cadets with the significant roles of defending the nation’s airspace and maintaining regional solidarity. He motivated them to embody courage, character, and competence throughout their careers.
